Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in order to to express my concern about my roommate's illegal activities and annoying behavior.
Firstly, over the last month there has been frequent visitors for my roommate during out of visiting hours. This is very distracting and I am unable to concentrate on my studies daily. As you are aware of the fact that the exams are approaching and I would expect to maintain peaceful environment without any distractions.
Secondly, I have noticed that my personal belonging are being used by my roommate without seeking my permission. I have also complained him about faulty electronic gadgets which he used couple of times last week. So far there is no improvement in his behavior.
I would request you to transfer him to another room as I am not finding it easy to cope up with his bad behavior. Otherwise, I request you to allocate me a separate room for my which would help me to concentrate on my studies for the upcoming exams.
