Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Raghav and I am the resident of crown colony community. I am writing this letter to complain about the frequent connectivity issues with the internet.
Recently we are facing frequent breakdown of internet services. Initially, I thought it was something to do with our individual house but later on I discovered that the issue is common across our community. This is a known issue and we have reported to service desk multiple times during last 2 weeks. The problem still exists and it is causing lot of issues.
Internet speed has dropped less than 10Mbps and it is causing issues to load the live streaming services like Netfleix, Hulu etc. Furthermore, it has made terrific impact on our children's educational assignments because of bad internet connectivity.
I strongly demand a immediate attention to resolve the issue and to maintain a steady internet service hereafter. Also, I request a detailed root cause analysis report and further action plan to avoid such issues.
