Dear Sir or Madam,
I reside at the <span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="am "></span>54th Baker street and our area uses your internet connection. I am writing you this letter to bring to your notice that from past 2 weeks we are facing connectivity issues which is hampering our day-to-day activities.
Let me explain to you further, Initially, the problem was faced by few people but now majority of the internet user are not able to connect. It's take a long time to open any browser and sometimes it pops up an error which says there is not internet connection available.
we have some small shops like 7/11 and a laundry service, but due to the poor service, workers in the shop are unable to continue with their daily duties. Moreover, the residents are also experiencing problems because they highly rely on online services to pay the electricity bill, order grocery and keep in contact with their friends and family.
I request you to please send your maintainance guys and check the cables around our areas. please consider this matter in high priority.
