Dear Sir,
My name is Raghav and I travelled on MA215 airline from Bangalore to Abu dabi on 9/7/2019. I writing this letter to compain about my missing suitcase from the check-in luggage.
I am a frecquent traveller on MA airlines and I have always enjoyed your service. However, my experience with the last travel was overwhelming bacause of the missing suitcase. I generally check in my suitase before the travel and collect it after my journey which is more convenieant. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate my suitacse this time in the luggage belt and I reported immideately to lugague department.
It is a brown color suitcase with hard case and has a BFC logo with a white tape attached to its handle for easy identification. Forthermore, the suitcase contains some vauable items like camera, laptop and new clothes I purchased recently. Overall worth of the suitcase would be around 2000 USD.
Its been more than a week and I havn't herd anything from the luggage department yet. I would request you to take a immediate action to locate my suitacase and hand it over to my home address as soon as possible. Also, I expect you to take necessary measures to avoid such mistake in future.
