• explain how missing your flight affected you

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter with regards to raise a concern of airport authorities.

Let me explain you in more detail. I have reserved my seat in Air Asia on 26th July 2019 from Mumbai to New Delhi. After completing security check, I was waiting to get my boarding pass. When the clerk asked me to show flight ticket, I showed her soft copy. After checking that, she demanded for hard copy and the flight was going to depart in next half an hour. I informed her, carrying flight ticket on mobile or email is permissible and it is mentioned on there website too, but she unheeded me.

Till the time I get hard copy , there was a final call for me to board the airline. I missed my flight and next flight was on next day early morning. I missed the conference in which I was the main speaker.

I would request you to refund the entire amount of my flight ticket and train your staff about rules and regulations.
I will be waiting for your response.

Yours faithfully,
Tim Frank
