Writing this letter on the behalf of my child for taking grant for one day off from the school and also assure you that, the syllabus of that day will be completed by my child in just one day.
Actually we belong to punjab and on 13th January the occasion of Lohri will be celebrated, because it is very famous tradition of that particular area. so he just required a holiday on that day.
In punjab grandparents always celebrates the birth of baby boy on this day and he is the only grandson for them. They spread the invitation among all relatives so, his presence is very essential over there. Moreover, with the help of these kinds of festivals he will learn about the tradition and custom of the society. His presence will give happiness to his elder parents.
As you know school committee created whatsapp group with parents for every standard and I also joined that group so, that I can aware about his daily performance and homeworks. By following the message of that day I will personally help him to complete that chapter with well understanding.
Hope you will accept my request and give him permission of holiday.
