Hi Manager,
I am writing to inform you that I have a bank account in your branch, from the past ten-year and I never had any issue till now. However, I am not happy with the customer service, as I have not yet received my cheque book.
I have ordered a new cheque book from your bank on 1st, May 2018. However, it’s almost two-week now, that I have not yet received my cheque book. I have been speaking to the customer service representative, and they have assured me that they have dispatched it already, and I will be receiving in 2 weeks. However, I have not yet got anything.
I have ordered the cheque book by using the ATM, and I have got a message stating I will be receiving in a week’s time. However, nothing has come till now. I would like to know the exact date when I will receive my cheque book as I do not wait for any longer now.
Also, I want you to look into this matter urgently, and let me know the action you would be taking so that none of the other customers gets affected because of the bad customer services.
