I along with my company is a loyal customer of your hotel. We hold almost all our outdoor meetings at this hotel. I have attended a meeting today evening at the conference room no.2. I am certain that while leaving the hotel I left some crucial papers at the table of the conference room as we were hasting. Those papers are really important as all the minutes of today’s meeting area noted in there. We will have another meeting tomorrow with our client where I had to incorporate the changes discussed in today’s meeting written in those papers. As I need to work tonight I am badly in need of the papers that I forgot in your hotel. It will be of great help if you can check the papers in the room and send it to me urgently via any express courier. I am attaching the delivery details name, contact and address in the attached for convenience. I will remain ever grateful to you and your hotel for this kind gesture.
