You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to manager of the hotel. In your letter:
Say where you think you left the papers
Explain why they are important
Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.

Dear sir or madam,
I attended a meeting yesterday which was organised by contest on Bank for its regional managers in your hotel at plaza building. When I got back home, I discovered that an important file was missing from my briefcase, which consisted of important contracts and legal stamps which I have to deliver to oner of our important client the day after tomorrow.

If I try to recall, on the day of incident, I left the meeting post lunch, since I had to go home for an emergency. If I am to believe I had the file till I reached reception area, and had to attend a call, so I must have left at the reception desk, since the call was announced for me from reception. As already told, since these documents are to be delivered to a client by day after tomorrow as the statutory deadline to submit the papers falls exactly day after tomorrow, failing which we may face huge penalty.

Therefore, I would request you to send these documents to me latest by tomorrow. I understand, it may be difficult for you to send to a different city which is miles apart from from your city, but it would be of great help to me.

Looking forward for a quick response.

Yours faithfully,

James.
