Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter regarding the recent event conducted in the North townhall of your hotel, on 15th November at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, I lost my precious documents at the venue, and need your help to secure them.

The documents are crucial for me, as they contain confidential information regarding my clients, whom I am going to meet next month. If the documents are not retrieved, it would not only cause trouble for my employment but would also pose the company’s reputation at risk.
