Task: Write a letter to your friend, describing the file and ask him/her to return it to you by post.

Hey Rob,

I am writing this letter to thank you for the assistance and support you provided me during my stay in Sydney. This has been the most exciting, memorable and mesmerizing trip of my lifetime. I am writing this letter also, because of the fact that unfortunately, I forgot my important document at your house in the room where I stayed.

Let me explain you the content, appearance, and significance of the file in detail. This file contains a mortgage application that I initiated in Sydney for one of my executive customers. It is a red color folder with black borders and must be in the topmost drawer of the exquisite cabinet placed in the corner of the room. I must mention that it contains highly sensitive details about my client who is purchasing a new house next week, and without this application, I would not be able to serve him which means an immense loss to my organization.

Can you be please courier this file to my India address as soon as possible, and I will inform you once I receive it? It would be great if you could also email me the tracking number when you ship it.

Looking forward to receiving the documents soon.

Best wishes,

Jon
