I have studied a cookery course of 8 months and completed the diploma last year from your school. I cannot express my gratitude in words for the quality education provided to me by the teaching and support staff, which really helped me in getting the desired job. The latest methods of food preparations and teamwork, which I learned during the course, helped me in reshaping my career.
After completion of the course, I got an opportunity to work with a five-star hotel, The Taj, in Ontario City, and I use those unique food preparation and decoration methods effectively in my workplace. It’s been almost one year that I have completed the cookery course, and since then I have been working on a full-time basis in the hotel, preparing new dishes every day.
Also, I would like to pursue further education in the field of hotel management and specialize in different categories of food. It would be great if your school can offer the specialization of the cookery course in the advanced diploma as there are many local and international students who look forward to learning about the food of different cultures.
