I am amit sadhana ,chief secretory of bopal residency,penning down this letter to the management of city bus public corporation about daily mismanagement and trouble some services rendered by bus transport system.During the rainy season of every year such problem are recurring.
The bus route from bopal residency town to central station is a bus road for daily commute.Huge number of commuters embark on journey to schools,offices and shopping centers during rush hours.this creates unnecessary rush due to uncooperative wealth conditions and buses run packed with passangers there by disrupting orderly commute.Such overload is taking toll on bus schedule as well as traffic.On the other hand there are only handful of buses available on this route which run vacant most of the day time.
due to above said reasons people neither able to take safe and sound journey nor timely departures to expected destination .Ultimately the aim of well organised transportation is not met from transport company.From the observant angle I would like to suggest some tweaks to the schedule which will yield a quit relate to public .Firstly,there should be ample number of buses available on rate,secondly,buses schedule to be aligned with typical busy hours so that the greatest number of seats can be utilised and people do not have to standing journey.Finally there should be a travel safety officer to monitor the commute schedule and public conduct.All together I think this arrangement will help in the rainy days.
