Dear owner of Green Tree Restaurant,

I am Jakir, and I am a loyal patron of Green Tree for the past few years, my family and I dine at your establishment at least once a month. I am writing this letter to inform you of the disappointing time I had at your venue last Friday.

Firstly, I would like to bring your attention that it took over ten minutes for the waiter to take us to our seats even though the restaurant was half empty. Then, it took another ten minutes to get the menus, not to mention the additional half hour we had to wait before our order was taken. When I confronted the waiter about our order taking so long, he rudely dismissed my concern and told me just wait my turn. After our food arrived, our negative experience continued. I always eat chicken tandoori because it is one of the best in the city. However, this time around not only was the chicken cold but side of salad also was not fresh. Though I complained to the waiter about this, he simply deflected my concern and told me and talk with his manager. In order to avoid this type of bad experience, and retain the usual quality, I would like to suggest that you begin an inquiry on what happened last Friday and give attention where needed.

Last but not least, as a regular at your venue, I request a written apology for last Friday as well as a full refund of our meal. Please find the receipt attached.

Your valued customer,

Jakir
