Dear John,
Hope you are doing great. This is with reference to the apartment me and one of my friend just got shifted to a weak ago. To start with this place has two bedrooms, however, one of the bedroom's roof is not at all in a livable condition and is tearing off. Another main issue we are facing are the bathrooms of both rooms are in quite an unfavorable condition at the moment. Their taps are leaking, there is virtually no arrangement for warm water with a such a cold weather along with this the heating system in this apartment is not working.
All the problems listed above are quite disturbing for us and it is not an enabling environment to live. The tearing roof plaster is disturbing as it always gives you an uncomfortable feeling while laying on the bed. Virtually no heating system is another disturbing factor as in this cold weather it is quite difficult to bear this.
Considering all these issues we would like you to please arrange any other suitable yet affordable real estate for both of us, but this time around please make sure that the apartment you find for us has enabling environment to live with minimum of issues.
