Dear Joseph,
I hope you will find this letter in the pink of your health. To counter your anger; let me tell you that finally I'll be there with you in your country in some days.
my plan to visit your country is ready and would rather be spending two months over there, out of the concern of my business, which would be around 20-25 days long. afterwards I'll be free and then will hang out with you.
I was just wondering about the things which I would have to carry with me. so I was just thinking if you could manage to send me the brief detail of the essentials, as I'm not familiar with the environment and people of London.
no doubt that it is a business trip, but how can I forget about our bet that we had in our college in which you lost, so now this is my reward that you would show me the city beautiful.
