Dear sir,
I'm writing to you to make a complaint regarding the heating system of your hotel.
I stayed at room no. 078 at your hotel while I was on a business trip from 3rd to 5th January and I hope you recall the weather started to get unusually cold on 4th. I switched on the heating system of my room and I found that the room temperature didn't rise as expected. The heating machine was running but I heard a few unusual sounds from it.
As it was cold in the room, I was compelled to go outside in the blistering cold to buy a leather jacket. The night was the most uncomfortable to me and I couldn't sleep well. U wore an extra set of clothes to overcome the cold.
I sincerely hope that you would look into the malfunction of heating system in room 078 and take action to fix it before allocating the room to another guest. Thank you.
