I am writing this letter to complaint regarding my stay at your Park View Hotel in California. I had huge inconveince during my stay here due to the faulty air-conditiong. The ventilation system was poorly configured for the humid weather at that time and was more chilling.
As a concomitant of having too cold temperature, I and my wife had to take extra blankets just to keep ourselves warm. In addition to that, the remote control was also fault and we were not able to do anything about it.
I would like you to take immeditate action and fix the damaged cooling system. Also, I would like you to take time and have proper and regular maintenace of all your facilities so that no faces any issues during their residence at your hotel.
