My name is Samvedna Puri, dweller of Haward Street, North London. I am feeling hardhearted while inscribing this piece of epistle to lodge complaint regarding the unsatisfactory services which was experienced by me at your hotel last month. Being one of the renowned hotels of Newyork such services were not expected even tough it was three days stay during which i encountered with the issue of non-working of heating system.
Undeniably, during the prevailing season Newyork is exceptionally cold and denizens suffer from sever winters. Consequently, heating system becomes the plausible way of survival but on the contrary defective machinery in my room inflicted me health issues. Afterward, i bought a portable room heater in order to protect myself from harsh weather and left over there so other potential customer could utilise.
Even tough this premises enjoys goodwill but as a five star hotel bestowing ace services is the prime responsibility where it lacks. It would be highly appreciable if you could reimburse the price of room heater which i firmly believe is my right to claim for.
