Furthermore, induction training programme is considered an impeccable measure to address this menace at international level. Reason to this that during such events new employees are endowed with working environment as well as it instills assertive qualities to develope more personality traits. Owing to which, improved interpersonal relationships with colleagues and superiors can been observed at lateral stage or after the accomplishment of learning sessions. To exemplify, UNESCO has issued guidlines and provisions across the globe in which school authorities are strictly approached to focus on vocational training programs at higher secondary level.
To conclude, academic institutions can play imperative role in whole picture as they are catering students for such a long tenure and can brace them for upcoming employment opportunities. Because, curricular activities are just not enough to secure a place in pragmatic world.
