Let me brief you about the reconstruction required in the living area. The wall meant for placing television has some cracks that can lead to water seepage, so it is should be taken care on priority. Moreover, the knob of the kitchen door is not in place and can break anytime.
All the improvement that’s necessary will make the house look clean and clear. Once the knob gets in place it will avoid using hands directly on door that in turn will keep the door dry and tidy.
