I am writing this letter in regard of the advertisement published in the Tirana Newspaper on Sunday. The advert was asking for some volunteers for a marathon running event, which is going to be held next Saturday in the center of Tirana. I would like to participate in this charity function.
I am very much interested in helping for two main reasons. First and foremost the money that will be raised from this running contest will be given to various orphanages. The second reason for the participation in this event is that i would try for the first time to do a volunteer job and i have the chance to add it to my resume.
I could be of great help to begin with the distribution of materials such as race numbers and t-shirts that competitors will get before the race. Also during the race i could hand in water for the participants. I would love to be an active volunteer for this noble did.
