I am writing to bring to your notice the issues with regard to our common parking area. We are only five families sharing this plot, and I propose we collectively find a solution to the insufficiency of the parking space.
We have limited parking slots, and some members own more than one. Few people have been using others parking spots to accommodate their cars. Due to this, those with just one car, are forced to leave their automobiles in the guest parking lot which is further away from our building and is highly inconvenient.
I suggest that we paint boundaries for efficient use of available space so that more cars can be accommodated. Each flat should be allotted only one parking spot. Other vehicles must be parked in the guest area.
I would be highly obliged if we could make time and fix a meeting for this coming weekend. I request at least one member from each family to attend this discussion and actively participate in resolving this matter.
