Dear neighbors,
I am writing to complain about the recent incidents in our shared parking area and suggest some feasible solutions. First of all, I have been having difficulty finding a vacant spot for more than a month now. It is really annoying to find my designated area occupied by other tenant's guest’s car whenever I arrive. Since I work a night shift, others assume I am traveling and it is fine to occupy my spot. In addition, yesterday I found some garbage left on the ground for the fourth time in this month and I had to put them in the garbage bin outside the house as it was starting to smell really bad.
I think it is necessary to introduce some rules to stop the chaos that has been forming for quite time now. Firstly, no one should occupy other neighbor's parking spot unless they have confirmed its availability with the owner. Secondly, we need to impose a fine for those who litter the parking or any shared place. Thirdly, it would be a good idea to install a camera in the parking area to monitor any suspicious activity and catch the culprits behind the garbage incidents.
A meeting could be held to discuss these predicaments in addition to other problems that others might have observed to improve the situation of our shared parking area. Some people might have an insight into how to overcome raised issues and come up with better solutions. Nonetheless, it is essential to deal with the situation before it gets out of hand.
