Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the disturbance created due to miscreants in the bus service in the last two weeks. My name is James Parker and I am a regular traveler of Toronto Transit's Route no. 95A.

Everyday I take bus at around 9:00 am. But since the start of September, the new group of students travel at the same time. While the travel is not the issue, the mischief they do everyday is annoying. Because of them, the bus reaches late to the destination.

Morover, the fellow older passengers get disturbed dur to the chaos they create. It is dangerous to approach them as we cannot expect how will they react. I am afraid that it is already two weeks now and how many more days we have to suffer.

Therefore, I on behalf of the people who onboard this bus, requests you to please take immediate action to this fuss by charging them fine or complain to the police. Kindly do the needful.
