I am writing to you to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you by activities at home.
Ever since I have moved into this house, new problems are occurring every now and then. Last month there was some leakage in the basement room and more recently there was a severe issue related to the wooden work. It had to be rectified by a renowned agency, however their available timings coincided with my office hours and I had to request them to come in late evening hours.
Despite tools and equipment used by them were pretty noisy, they were extremely efficient. The team finally finished the work in span of few days. I am really sorry for all the problems that you and your family had to face because of all this.
In future, I will make sure that visiting mechanic and technician should not be carrying any devices creating that much sound. Moreover, I could try to get it done either on weekends or during day time.
Please accept my apologies and I am looking forward having a cup of coffee at my place this Sunday evening.
