To elucidate as you are aware that I have got calls from your company about the expiry of the car insurance next month and an increase in the monthly premium of my car insurance. Although I have inquired with third-party insurance firms and found that they are offering the insurance coverage at the same rates. Furthermore, I am not a heavy user of my vehicle and seldom use it hence there are least chances of the car being damaged in an accident as indicated in my insurance records of the past two years, therefore, I the insurance premium should not be increased.
Lastly, I would request you to communicate your decision at the latest otherwise I will renew my insurance will a third-party insurance firm which is giving me a better offer.
