You study at a university and often use the university library. The library closes very early in the evening and your are not able to stay there and study. Write a letter to the manager of the library. In the letter:
1.Describe who you are and the details of your university course
2.Explain the problem at the library
3.Suggest what you think the manager should do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you to raise my concern regarding the university library closing time as I am a frequent visitor there.

I am a full-time MBA student at the Hindustan university and I have taken healthcare management as my degree specialization. I have been using the university library since the commencement of the course as the library has enormous collection of study material on healthcare management topic.

Unfortunately, as I have evening practical session in the university hospital as part of our course, I am not able to use these resources effectively as the library closes at 6pm in the evening. Although I had raised this issue to the librarian, I have not received adequate feedback from her.

Hence, I request you to kindly ensure that the timing of the library is rescheduled till midnight; and if required, I can request few of my friends to volunteer as librarian for evening shift. This might be helpful to sort out your concern regarding shortage of staff, which is common in such scenario.

Kindly consider this request and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Ms Sruthy
