I am writing this letter to express my disappointment when I had dinner at your restaurant.
We were planning to go to outing and plan to have a dinner outside. Earlier, I had gone through that reviews and decided to come to your restaurant. Once I reached your hotel, I had discussed with waiter about today special and he said Mutton Kheema rice so even we have exited and ordered the same but when we have recieved order, totally regret it. Mutton Kheema was more salty and even too spicy and the worst part is masala did not mixed properly.
Even we were complaining to waiter but he did not change the order and even he did not response properly.
I therefore request you to take immediate action against those waiter and I need my payment for the bill which only dish for Mutton Kheema.
