Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my discontent about the service offered by “Chicken Wings Restaurant”. I went with my family on April 10th and we had a bad experience related to the staff service and quality of the dishes.
Fist off, the waiter that received us was rude with us when I required for the reservation I had made in advance, despite I was polite. Secondly, The chicken wings had a strange taste and the salad definitely was not in healthy conditions. Furthermore, the tablecloth was stained and rip and the dishes broken in the borders. When I asked for a solution the manager did not gave us an answer and he was impolite as well.
I would ask for a full refund compensation as soon is possible because we paid for a bad service and we were not able to eat the food. Also, It will be pleasant an apologize from the Manager and the staff because we felt swindled. I hope you will be able to improve your service in the future.
