Recently, I reserved a seat of your bus when I was travelling from Hyderabad to Mumbai as it is fastest and convenient mode of transport. However, when fleet reached at Mumbai in morning, I found some part of suitcase was damaged due to mishandling.
It was an American tourister blue colour bag and when I gave it to porter to keep my suitcase in luggage compartment, he thrown the suitcase in a haphazard way. The wheels of the suitcase was damaged and handle was broken.
I informed to the staff about the bag damage but he didn’t responded in a proper way. I am attaching pictures of the damaged suitcase and request you to pay for the damages as it has happened due to your negligence service.
