I am writing to bring this in your attention that I travelled in your airline dated 2nd of July at 2:30 p.m. it was a comfortable Journey from Mumbai to Chandigarh. I am a regular customer of you flight. However the sad part is, I have lost my bag in flight and even I filled claim to lost and found department. But no vain.
it would be great if some information provided by you on this as it's been more than seven days. it is a big black american tourister bag, and it contain many valuable things in it. There in the bag you will find educational document, brown colour wallet and few winter cloths. i hope you find the bag,because it's not difficult for you to track the lost belongies.
I am giving you 1 more week to find out about the stuff, else I am ready to complaint about your irresponsible behaviour.
