You travelled on plane some days back and lost your bag.Though you filled your claim to 'Lost and Found Department',you have not received your bag yet.
In your letter:-
(1) write the details of incident
(2) inquire the status of your lost bag to airline
(3) tell what you want if the bag is not found
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, jonathan, writing this letter hoping that an immediate inquiry will be carried out to address my grievance. Eventhough, I had registered my complaint with the lost and found department, I didn’t get my luggage.
The incident took place on 20th March, last Thursday while traveling on United airlines UA213 from Atlanta to Boston. We were informed by airline stewardess that our luggages will be on belt 2 while disembarking the flight. However, even after waiting for twenty minutes, I along with two other passengers couldn’t locate our luggage. Eventually, this made us to file a seperate complaint with lost and found department.
I would like to inquire on the current status of my complaint registered (complaint # 168389) for missing Samsonite Red color suitcase. On the web portal, it shows status as ‘issue addressed’. Unfortunately, I haven’t yet got my luggage which contains my research documents and all the hard copies relevant for my thesis submission.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your airlines. In case my luggage isn’t found, I would rather have to take step by filing a legal suit against the airlines. The legal pursuit for the mental harassment and valuable research works.
hope to see an immediate action from your end.
Thanks in advance.
Your’s sincerely,
jonathan
