You want to sell your television. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
1- Explain why you are selling the television.
2-Describe the television.
3- Suggest a date when your friend can come and see it
Dear John,
It`s been so long since we have last met. I hope you and your family are all well! I`m writing to tell you that I am selling some gadgets, including my new television, which you may be interested in.
Last month, I signed a contract for a new apartment, and It is fully furnished with all electric devices, including one high-resolution TV in the living room. When I checked the flat, I realized that only one TV is enough. Though, I do not need my old TV, and I offered it for sale in different social websites.
I bought the TV two years ago, and it was recently published in the market by a reputable brand. The TV size is 40 inches, and it comes with a wall holder. There are minor scratches on the body, but the frame looks shiny and new. It works functionally with no significant errors.
Your work place is nearby. I would therefore suggest that you visit me after your duties to inspect the TV and that you try to decide whether you buy it or not. I offer also a free transportation to your home if it works with you.
Warm regards,
Ayoub
