You were hurt in a minor accident inside a supermarket, and you wish to complain to the supermarket. Write a letter to the manager of the supermarket. In your letter:
– Say who you are
– Give details about the accident
– Suggest how the supermarket could prevent similar accidents

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Julian Smith, and I am writing this letter to report about a minor accident due to the slippery floor while I was shopping in one of the branches situated in the market at Gold Coast, Australia.

Let me explain the situation. As I am your esteemed customer and usually I visit to shop for the regular groceries every Friday at your store. Owing to this fact when I visited yesterday, I went towards the last rack which was placed near the refrigerator to pick up the mosquito repellent cream. Suddenly, I slipped and got my right foot injured because of the solution splashed on the surface.

Although the bruises were not so serious, your slippery floor may have some adverse impacts on to your customers. So, I advise you to change the marble floor with rubber tiles that would protect the patrons against injuries. Consequently, they would be able to move in and around your supermarket without this risk of any injury or accident.

I look forward to seeing this fixed when I visit the market next week.

Yours Faithfully
Julian Smith
