Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in consequence of undesired event happened to me at Nescol super market last Sunday. Unfortunately, there was an accident which led to my serious wrist injury.
I would like you to know, that I am your regular customer since 2012. I work as a supervisor in Nestle company near by your market and I often shop at this specific market on weekends. So last Sunday, while, I was shopping. I observed a huge sale on several distinguished items, which led to tremendous amount of customers and in the narrow alley of food section some guys were pushing others to get to food items first, Thus, they dropped one of the entire shelf which severely injured few customers there and un-luckily my wrist got fractured as well.
So, I would like to request for appropriate shelf management to reduce the risk. Moreover, first aid kit is a must in case of such unpleasant event.
I hope, you will respond to this letter in your required actions to improve safety, that is of much essence, in your super market.
