Dear Adam,

Its been a while that we have not talk to each other, therefore I am so eager to share two tremendous news with you. Firstly, I got appointed as an Assistant Human Resource manager in one of the elite multinational company. To be honest, it was not just a piece of cake, because there were hundreds of candidates in selection process but luckily I prevailed.

The core reason for leaving my old job was that it was a marketing job. While, I have a degree in Human Resource and this new organization good reputation itself was a prime driving factor. So, eventually for my better career I took this incisive decision.

Moreover, you will be glad to know that I finally got engaged to the love of my life and it all happened to quickly that I could not get the opportunity to invite you to the occasion.

I urge you to reply me as soon as you can, as I am looking forward to meet you and share these cherishing moments.

Sincerely yours,

Irfan
