Dear Sir,
Hope this letter finds you in best health. I am writing this letter to request you help in regards of faulty laptop that I had bought from your shop on 2nd of this month.
Actually, I have been using laptop for my official work, but recently I am am facing issue with camera of my laptop. It was working upto the expectation before it stopped working yesterday. So video conferrencing is not possible now with this laptop which is severely effecting my professional duties. As I am working from home, I have to attend and present many presentations everyday via video call. Since yesterday, I have not been able to present myself visually, which is really bringing trouble for efficiently performing my official duties.
I would request you to repair my laptop as per the regulations of you shop. Alongwith this, I would really appreciate if you can provide me with a temprary laptop for the time during which laptop iwill be under repair.
