Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter with regard to some problems with my graphics card that I bought from your store 2 months ago.
I was using my computer to edit my customers' videos this Wednesday. Suddenly, my monitor turned black for 5 seconds and turned back on with the windows screen flashing. I then restarted my desktop, however, the problem persisted. Suspecting the graphics card was the cause, I tried plugging in my old graphics card and the computer worked again.
I supposed to deliver final edited videos to my clients last Friday. however, all my projects have postponed due to this problem. I tried using my laptop and my old graphics card but they are not powerful enough to complete heavy tasks. Now I have to apologize to my clients for the late delivery.
As I really need to finish my job in the shortest time, is it possible that you could temporarily send me another card while fixing mine? I would be very grateful and satisfied as your customer.
