My name is Ravinder Singh and currently working as production engineer in John Deer private limited, Chennai. I am writing this letter regarding temporarily shift to Canada for six months for personal emergency.
As you know my father is not well from few months and doctor advice to shift them to overseas hospital where surgery would be possible. In order to manage my job role and taking care of my father it is imperative to work in headquarters of our branch in Canada for few months.
This would assist both company and me to acquire important information directly from the main branch which would increase our profits by new working technique.
At the current position the work here could be easily managed by my assistant Sam as he will be in touch with me through mail and video conferencing. All the necessary details would be shared day to day basis that could increase efficiency of our branch.
I would request you if you can provide transfer letter from head office of our branch as early as possible, so that I could arrange for accommodation and flight tickets.
