You work for an international company and would like to spend six months working in its head office in another country.Write a letter to your manager. In your letter • explain why you want to work in the company’s head office for six months. •

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope, you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to inform you about a training course which I’d like to attend outside of the organization.
This training course includes a detailed explanation of the USA HealthCare program as well as about its usage. This is a 18 hours course which can be attended online or by going to a classroom. One of the crucial objects of this course is; not just to provide theoretical knowledge but to show the real life examples of lives being impacted by these benefits schemes.

As our organization occasionally helps employees financially, who are aspirant to pursue such interests, my expectations are also the same. I understand the importance of my work, I’ have decided to attend this course in my personal time. However, I would request our organization for funding for this course.

Being a Benefits Operations Administrator, this course will enhance my knowledge about benefits sector which will eventually be beneficial for my job. If I’m allowed to complete this course, I am sure it will also help me to work more efficiently.

I am looking forward to your response.

Yours sincerely,
Sumit Singh
