Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle to seek your approval for taking 12 days off in order to attend my elder brother’s wedding in Gujarat. I am hoping to get approval from you for the leave dates from December 1st - December 12th .
To begin with, my family lives in India and my brother is getting married on 5th of December. Being a younger brother my presence in marriage is highly expected by all of them a few days prior to the marriage date and we have some important rituals to be carried out in the Wedding Ceremony.
During my absence, I would like Mr.Thomas to take in charge of my role as a support administrative senior manager and I have also discussed with him about the responsibilities of my role. Besides this, I will be frequently checking my emails and perhaps respond to few of them based on the priority.
Finally, all my paid leaves will be compensated by me after my return to office by working extra hours in order to meet the Project deadlines.
