-ask for his\her help in in arranging it
Dear Mrs.Kogan,
I am writing to express my interest in working at our head office of our company in France for a few months (approximately 6 months) to further enhance my skills and get international experience.
This opportunity will help us improve communication with our colleagues in head office and also provide me with a chance to learn hands on about strengthening our market strategy.
Also, it will allow me to spend some time with my husband who is studying in Lyon and his course is due to end in March.
Changing location does not harm any of my current assignments. I have talked with my assistant Olga about that. She doesn’t mind taking on my responsibilities, furthermore she knows this work and has been doing it well for 3 years.
I would be grateful if you could help me in this matter since you have been helpful in arranging such opportunities for other employees previously.
Please do let me know if you would like me to provide any additional information to help make this decision.
I look forward to receiving your response.
Sincerely,
