Dear Sir,
I am writing with regards to inform about a minor accident I faced while driving the car I have taken from your company on rent.
I booked a Toyota car on last Thursday from your Banani showroom for 2 days from Friday to Saturday. I paid in advance and took the car of WX74650 template number on Friday morning.
Basically, it was my weekend and I wanted to go for a long drive with my friend. We are driving alternately because our journey was Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar which is almost 400 kilometer way. Everything was good but when we return Dhaka on Saturday night we faced huge traffic jam near Banani. That time one biker was trying to overtake us in wrong way and hit the back light at the left side and broke the outer glass.
He ran away immediately and I could not catch him. I went to mechanic at that night and fixed the light with my cost but design of the light is slightly different.
I hope you will consider the incident and provide me a refund of the repairing cost.
