Dear Mr.Smith,
I am writing in regards to the lack of amenities and languished stay of my friend in your hotel. On 7th october, I had one of my friend from britain to visit me whom i recommended your hotel for stay.
First of all, he was very upset by procrastination by staff for his orders. He informed me that before the check-in, he was amid by the staff. However, afterwards, blue collar employees keep meddling him for services like cuisine etc at high prices. He couldn't find apparent reason for such high rates of food as he know-how the area very well.
I want you to take needy action against the staff which will be a laudable initiative at your end. Firstly, please teach a lesson to those who demand for such prices. It wasn't cut for people who in past love to stay on your hotel.
