My name is Jayraj Patel, a student of Diploma in Clinical Embryology course in the batch of December-January. I am writing this letter to ask your permission to discontinue this course for a time being, due to my professional commitment.
As you know that I am a full time Embryologist at MayFlower Women's hospital. So, it gets difficult for me to adjust with the course timing that are in the evenings. My working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the embryology course starts at 6:15 pm. This gives me very little time frame, as the distance between the hospital and the class is quiet more, it takes about 20 mins for me to reach there. The timings are very neck to neck. This does not allow me to complete the coursework properly.
So I want to make a request to you to change my batch is it is possible. As you offer this course twice a year, so I would like to get enrolled in the April-May batch. The current situation is such that, I do not have the support of my colleague, as she is on a month leave. She will join back in end of January, so once she returns, I will be able to cut short my working hours, in order to attain the classes.
I hope this suggestion works for you, as this course is really important for me. I will be waiting for your positive reply.
