Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know about my disappointment with regards to the poor internet service. Recently, I have re-contracted my net service with you because I faced absolutely no issues the previous year. However, unfortunately am facing multiple connectivity issues since last week.
Firstly, as you are aware am working from home and majority of my work is related to exchange of emails. Due to slow internet connection, am unable to respond to urgent emails promptly. So, luckily my boss is able to assist me for this interim period till the time this matter gets resolved. Secondly, downloading files and data has become an arduous task for me. "Patience is virtue" is rightly said by some. Due to this, my overall work time has increased and reflects poorly on my working attitude. Therefore, it becomes essential for me to fix this issue immediately. Lastly, my kids are complaining too because they are unable to watch Netflix and their favorite cartoons properly after they come back from school. The TV normally keeps loading the pictures and is extremely slow. Hence, they are jumping up and down asking me to contact you and get this matter to your kind attention right away.
Overall, this net problem has created havoc in my work life and has become very chaotic to handle my kids. So, please arrange for an engineer who can immediately visit my place and rectify this issue. Appreciate, if you could look into this matter with utmost urgency. Also, I wish to seek an appropriate discount on my total bill for the inconvenience caused.
