Dear Madam,
Good day! I am Maria Judith B. Parayno, 23 years old. Took up Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and I just got graduated last March 2016. I wrote this letter because I noticed the advertisement about our local hospital that encourages people to do unpaid work to help the hospital and I would like to join and do some work in my free time.
As a medical student, I really wanted to help people in need that is why I took up medical course and I think this is the best time to do so. However, since I have a work every weekdays, starting at 6 o'clock in the morning until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, in Mercury Drug Corporation, Ortigas. Every Monday to Friday, I am not able to go to the hospital, but every weekend was actually my time for my family. Since I loved to help people in need, I can sacrifice my every Saturday to go to the hospital and do some work at the Pharmacy at no charge.
Hoping that you will accept my proposal to do some help for our people and to our hospital as well. Thank you for your kindness.
