I hope you are doing well. I am writing to reply on your letter received yesterday. In the first place, I would like extending my apologies for the inconvenience occurred from our side.
Bella these days you apparently have minded colossal sound noise emitting from our flat. we are celebrating a wedding ceremony of my younger sister. However, number of vital ritual events are happening and we feel its incomplete without traditional music and dance therefore, sometimes guests requests to turn on the volume and did not realised that it might forster disturbance to our neighbours . I'm really feeling embarrassed that your suffered disturbance because of this extreme music pollution.
Further, our pre-wedding events which we traditionally celebrate at home was aloft yesterday, however you will not investigate any noise now. In future I will make certain nothing will be related like this incident happen which alters your comfortability level.
