Some people think that school should reward students who show the best academic results while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements Discuss both views and give your own opinion

Nowadays, school's awards are highly requested and they are point of discussion among two arrays. Who believes that school must reward students with high scores as well as who claims it is more important to rewards students who point out some improvements.

On the one hand, schools should reward best students with awards or scholarships. They make great efforts in order to build an excellent academic career so they are the better people who deserve a reward for their demanding work. However, the best students instead of being taken as a model for their classmates, are always object of jealousy. For this reason, a reward could isolate them more than they use to be.

On the other hand, the school should encourage students who show improvements. Not only because they recover the bad marks that they previously had, but also because these students are involved in studying. Furthermore, the class are more well-balanced with the result that the challenge between students contributes to an increase of a general performance.

In my opinion, schools mustn't create inequalities between classmates. For this reason, they need to reward in an equal way likewise these two groups of students.
